Chess Lessons For Kids And Adults! 
Kids who play chess do better in school. Some studies have shown an increase of almost 20 % in the standardized tests scores of
children who participate in a chess program consistently. Adults who play chess have been proven to experience better mental health. Chess has been shown to reduce the effects of mental illnesses such as Alzheimers disease and dementia. We're open seven days a week so you can schedule your class or chess lesson for any time that works best for you! We specialize in "how to play chess" classes for kids! We have kids classes on Saturdays and Sundays and also run an After School Chess Enrichment Program Monday through Friday from 3:30pm until 6:00 pm.

Chess For Schools is a program administered by New York Chess & Games, a New York City Department of Education approved vendor. Our mission is to help schools enrich their students and increase their competitive edge.
